Orders cannot be modified or canceled after check out.

Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days to be processed before shipping.

Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping times are subject to change.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Parker & Ash gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered merchandise for a store credit within 30 days from ship date.

Defective or damaged merchandise must be returned within 3 days of item delivery.

Return label will be provided by Parker & Ash. Cost of return shipping will be deducted from final issued store credit.
